Project process

From the first question to a clear outcome.

You do not need to know every step of an international transaction. Tell us what you want to achieve and what is already in place. We help identify the next actions and take on the agreed scope of work.

01 / WORKING TOGETHER

Know what happens next.

This is an example of a project involving delivery. A payment, supplier search or document assignment uses only the stages relevant to that requirement.

  1. 01

    Share your requirement

What needs to be purchased, paid for or delivered, from where and by when. A short description and the materials you already have are enough to begin.

    For you

A clear starting point for the conversation.

  2. 02

    Work through the details

Review the offer, goods and participants. Identify missing information and questions that could affect cost or execution.

    For you

You know what is missing and who can provide it.

  3. 03

    Agree our scope

Discuss our work, your responsibilities and any specialist involvement. Define scope, price and engagement terms before work starts.

    For you

    You decide on clear terms.

  4. 04

    Prepare the shipment

Match the order information with actual packing, documents and supplier collection arrangements. Unresolved questions remain visible.

    For you

You can see what is ready for handover and what remains open.

  5. 05

    Choose the route

Compare available delivery options, costs and timing. Confirm handover locations and receiving arrangements before dispatch.

    For you

You choose an option knowing its conditions.

  6. 06

    Coordinate execution

Within our role, collect participant confirmations and report changes. At completion, provide the agreed records and confirm the work carried out.

    For you

You retain the final documents and the status of the agreed assignment.

02 / KEEPING YOU INFORMED

More than “in progress”. What has actually happened.

We agree how and when to share updates at the start. A useful update shows what is confirmed, what is pending and whose decision is needed next.

When circumstances change

Explain what happened and how it affects the plan. Changes to cost, scope and the chosen option are brought to you for agreement, not buried in a general update.

Example project update
Confirmed
The supplier has sent the shipment contents and packing photographs.
Awaiting the supplier
Packed weight and dimensions for each package.
Next action
Once measurements arrive, request transport options and present them for your selection.

An illustrative format, not a real shipment or customer portal.

Before we begin

Does every project need all six stages?

No. If the supplier is selected or goods are ready, we begin with the current situation. Some actions can run in parallel. Your assignment defines the scope, not the number of steps on this page.

What should I prepare for the first conversation?

A requirement, a way to contact you and any existing material: an offer, invoice, product list or photograph. Simply mark unknown details as unknown. You can attach a file to your enquiry.

When can you confirm price and timing?

Once our scope and the information affecting execution are clear. Where supplier or carrier offers are needed, we request them first. Preliminary estimates are distinguished from confirmed terms.

Who is responsible for transport and specialist work?

Contracts define each participant’s responsibilities. Appropriate providers handle carriage, customs procedures, engineering and other specialist work. Coordination does not replace their responsibility.

Where does your project stand?

Even a question is enough to start. Describe the current situation and we can discuss where our support fits.
