The starting point: The goods and supplier are agreed, but the international settlement process is not. The buyer needs to know what information is required and who must confirm the next step.
How we can help: We collect transaction details, reconcile documents and clarify Container Company’s possible role. We coordinate preparation of materials for review by banks and other authorised participants.

Required documents, participant roles and conditions for the next supply stage. It is clear what is agreed and what still awaits confirmation.

How we approach it

Compare parties, goods, amount and currency across the contract and invoice. Identify missing information.
Agree our role, scope and working arrangements. Settlement participants independently assess whether the transaction can proceed.
Clarify how payment is confirmed and what the supplier then needs to prepare the goods.

Container Company is not a bank. Feasibility, timing and terms depend on independent assessment by authorised participants; payment execution is not guaranteed.

Sourcing / specification

It looks similar. Will it actually fit?

The starting point: A component needs a new supplier. A catalogue shows an alternative, but a photograph cannot confirm dimensions, materials or tolerances.
How we can help: We bring requirements and manufacturer responses into one comparison so the buyer can assess the replacement before ordering.

A comparison that makes differences visible

A list of matches, deviations and questions to resolve before placing an order.

How we approach it

Request the drawing, material grade and critical parameters of the original component.
Obtain the manufacturer’s offer and identify differences. Agree a sample or testing where needed.
Pass the comparison to the buyer’s technical specialists and record the agreed specification.

Qualified specialists confirm technical suitability; visual similarity is not sufficient.

Sourcing and procurement

Equipment / dispatch

Finished at the factory. Ready to ship?

The starting point: The manufacturer reports that equipment is ready. The buyer still needs the supply scope, packed dimensions and loading requirements.
How we can help: We check specific readiness items and connect the factory’s responses with the carrier’s requirements.

Output in this scenario

A dispatch-readiness summary

Confirmed shipment information and a list of points the factory or carrier still needs to clarify.

How we approach it

Reconcile equipment and accessories with the specification; request photographs and a packing list.
Obtain package weights, dimensions, markings and the manufacturer’s loading instructions.
Share the data with the carrier and record open questions before agreeing vehicle arrival.

Photographs and documents do not replace technical acceptance. Any inspection and its scope are agreed separately.

Logistics / transfer

A new transport leg. Who takes over?

The starting point: Equipment travels by more than one mode. At each connection, the parties need to establish who accepts the cargo and handles loading operations.
How we can help: We align handover arrangements between carriers and the terminal before the cargo reaches the transfer point.

An agreed handover sequence

Who accepts the cargo, what information they receive and what must be confirmed before onward dispatch.

How we approach it

Collect packed cargo parameters and the manufacturer’s handling instructions.
Request confirmation of transfer, securing and onward transport feasibility from the relevant specialists.
Clarify responsibilities, handover documents and readiness of the next transport leg.

Qualified specialists determine lifting and securing methods. Carriers must confirm routes and timing.

Delivery / acceptance

Cargo delivered. How is it accepted?

The starting point: The shipment reaches the buyer’s site. Packages need to be checked against the documents and their condition recorded at handover.
How we can help: We agree the documentary handover process in advance, including which information the participants need to check on site.

Output in this scenario

A documented shipment handover

Receipt confirmations and, where discrepancies arise, a list of observations with responsibility for the next action.

How we approach it

Clarify the receiving party, site readiness and accompanying documents.
Agree checks of package count, markings and visible packaging condition at handover.
Collect receipt confirmations and pass any discrepancies to the responsible participants for review.
