Supplier sourcing & procurement

From your requirement to a supplier choice.

We identify potential suppliers, request proposals and work through the terms. We help establish who can supply the goods, what the price includes and what still needs clarifying before an order.

01 / Making a choice

Similar goods. Different terms.

Two offers can look alike until scope, readiness and handover terms are compared. We bring them onto a common basis instead of automatically choosing the lowest headline price.

What do we clarify before selection?
  • Request the same scope of supply from both candidates.
  • Clarify which event starts the readiness timeline.
  • Separate product cost from packing, delivery and other services.

Align the terms first, then compare. The final choice remains yours.

An illustrative comparison, not offers from real suppliers.

02 / From a brief to candidates

The search starts with your requirements.

We clarify what matters for the purchase and give candidates a comparable request.

  1. 01

    Understand the requirement

What you need, in which quantity and for what purpose. Identify essential specifications and acceptable alternatives.

  2. 02

    Request proposals

Find potential suppliers, clarify available information about their capabilities and collect responses to your brief.

  3. 03

    Prepare the comparison

Compare scope, prices, readiness and terms. Return unanswered questions to the suppliers.

A basis for your decision

Know what to compare. And what to check next.

The supplier decision remains yours. Sourcing and comparison do not replace an independent audit, technical assessment or legal review. Those services are agreed separately.

  • Candidate overview

Who responded, what they propose and which information they provided.

  • Terms compared

Scope, cost, readiness and handover, with differences highlighted.

  • Questions before ordering

What needs confirmation before choosing a supplier and agreeing the purchase.

03 / What helps us start

A finished technical brief is not essential.

A description, photo, drawing or item list can start the conversation. We clarify unknown details together.

Goods and purpose
What you need and how it will be used.
Critical requirements
What cannot change and where alternatives are acceptable.
Quantity
Batch size, scope of supply and spare parts.
Timing and destination
When the goods are needed and where they will go.

Before the supplier search

Can you compare offers we already have?

Yes. Share the proposals and product requirements. We compare terms and collect missing clarifications. A new search is not always necessary.

Do you guarantee a supplier’s reliability?

No. We gather and compare available information and highlight questions and limitations. Document verification, factory audits and quality inspections have separate scopes and providers.

What happens after selection?

We discuss the next scope: order agreement, communication with the selected supplier and preparation for transport handover. Coordination and delivery are not included automatically.

Start with the requirement

What does your business need to source?

Tell us about the goods, quantity and essential requirements. We will identify a starting point for sourcing or comparing proposals.
