How we work togetherWe involve the participants needed for your particular requirement.
What this means for you

You do not have to work out every detail alone.

Agency support is a way of working: you entrust us with specific matters in an international transaction. We clarify terms, handle communication and coordinate actions with the relevant participants. Procurement, payment and logistics can form part of one assignment.

Start with a single question or bring us into a project already underway. We agree the scope of our involvement in advance.

01 / From your requirement to our actions

Where do you need support?

Choose a topic to see what you can entrust to Container Company.

An example of your situation

“We need goods from overseas, but do not yet know who to work with or which terms to discuss.”

What we take on

Move from a search to focused discussions.

  • Clarify product requirements and selection criteria.
  • Request proposals and compare supplier terms.
  • Collect questions about price, timing and order readiness.
What this gives you

Comparable proposals and clear questions to inform your choice. The purchasing decision remains yours.

02 / How it works

From “what now?” to a clear way forward.

Consider a familiar situation: a supplier is selected, but the order is not yet ready for dispatch.

Client request

“Help us understand the order status and organise the next steps.”

Common questions

Before our first conversation

Can we ask for help with just one matter?

Yes. This could be document coordination or communication with a selected supplier. You do not need every service: the scope follows your requirement.

Can you join a transaction already underway?

Yes. We start with the current status, existing obligations and available documents. After reviewing them, we discuss which part of the work we can take on.

What should we prepare?

A short description, the countries involved and your preferred timing. Share the current proposal, invoice, specification or counterparty correspondence if available. A complete document set is not required for the initial discussion.

How are fees and the company’s role defined?

After clarifying the requirement, we discuss services, remuneration, authority and responsibility. A potential buyer or seller role is considered separately; it does not follow automatically from agency support.

Start with your question

What would you like us to take on?

Tell us what needs to happen and where a question has arisen. We will help identify a starting point and a suitable scope of support.

Discuss agency support

A short description is enough to start — a finished technical brief is not essential.
