Integrated facility packages

Equipment for your facility. One supply plan.

We help source equipment for new and existing facilities. We align the scope, documents and delivery sequence across manufacturers with the readiness of your site.

Machines, systems and the site need to work from aligned requirements.

Two entry points

From scratch or with selected suppliers

Start with a production objective or bring us in after some equipment has been selected. The scope depends on what is already in place.

A

Start from the production objective

A production objective exists, but the equipment scope and manufacturers have not been aligned.

Output: a purchasing scope, manufacturer options and questions for technical review.

Where we start
  1. Define the outcome

Input, output, throughput, site and project constraints.

  2. Define the equipment scope

Set purchasing blocks and the interface data they require.

  3. Connect the market

Source or assess manufacturers against the agreed requirements.

  4. Build one framework

Connect offers, payment, export, readiness and cargo handover.

B

Suppliers are already selected

Offers, correspondence or orders exist, but they need to operate within one project plan.

Output: a consolidated supplier list, missing items and the next approvals needed.

Where we start
  1. Capture the current state

Offers, specifications, agreements and schedules for each participant.

  2. Identify the gaps

Uncovered scope, inconsistent data, interfaces and ownership.

  3. Align the handovers

Scope of supply, records, manufacturing timing, packing and transfers.

  4. Maintain one schedule

Track evidence and dependencies until the project is ready to execute.

Package architecture

Six parts of facility outfitting

Buying the machines is only part of the task. Power, utilities, documents and acceptance arrangements also need attention. Select an area to see the inputs and decisions involved.

Core process

Key machines, modules and target throughput requirements.

01Starting inputs

Feedstock or component, target product, throughput and operating mode.

02What we coordinate

Machine and module scope, supply boundaries and manufacturer data.

03Expected output

An equipment list and requirements for manufacturers to confirm.

This module explains coordination logic rather than replacing engineering design. Exact scope, decisions and mandatory evidence are confirmed against the actual site inputs.

Coordination outputs

Know what the supply includes

Turn separate correspondence into a working register of equipment, documents and open questions. Its scope is agreed for your project.

Equipment, accessories and items still to be sourced.
Open questions
Information still needed from the manufacturer, buyer or technical specialist.
Handover requirements
Documents and confirmations needed before the next stage.

Working sequence

Deliveries in the right sequence

Manufacturer lead times need to align with site preparation. One plan shows what must be agreed before ordering, dispatch and acceptance.

  1. 01

    Objective and boundaries

Production outcome, site and the available source data.

  2. 02

    Package architecture

System roles, requirement owners and open interfaces.

  3. 03

    Transaction terms

Offers, price, payment and export framework.

  4. 04

    Manufacturing

Control points, data requests and readiness evidence.

  5. 05

    Scope of supply

Acceptance data, packing and readiness for handover.

  6. 06

    Execution

Logistics, site and coordination of agreed participants.

Specific timing appears after manufacturer inputs and project constraints are reviewed. Until then, the schedule represents sequence and dependency, not guaranteed dates.

Professional boundaries

Who is responsible for what

The participants and allocation of responsibility are agreed before the relevant work begins. We do not replace the manufacturer, designer, certification body or installation contractor.

What we coordinate

  • the structure of packages, participants and open decisions
  • a consolidated view of offers, scope of supply and commercial terms
  • connections between payment, export data, manufacturing and handover
  • a master schedule of requests, evidence and dependencies
  • escalation of inconsistencies before the next stage begins

What relevant specialists confirm

  • engineering calculations and technical conclusions
  • design decisions, safety and applicable standards
  • mandatory certification and regulatory documents
  • site design, installation and commissioning
  • final suitability for the declared operating mode

Before the project starts

Can we start without a complete brief?

Yes. Describe the product, target throughput and what you know about the site. We help identify missing inputs; manufacturers and qualified specialists then clarify the technical requirements.

Can we keep our selected suppliers?

Yes. We can work with manufacturers already selected: collect offers, identify uncovered scope and agree how information is exchanged. You do not need to replace all your suppliers.

Do you design the facility and commission it?

This service covers equipment sourcing and supply coordination. Engineering design, installation, integration and commissioning are performed by qualified specialists. Their involvement and responsibilities are agreed separately.

Project start

What is known about your site?

A technical brief, equipment list, supplier offer, site drawing or a short description of the intended outcome is enough for an initial review.
