    Review the payment

After the initial review, we define a possible contractual role and coordination scope. Container Company connects commercial terms, the payment workstream, documents and delivery without replacing regulated participants.

Possible participation formats
01

Direct model

The client and supplier remain the contractual and settlement parties while Container Company coordinates documents, participants and execution.

02

Agency model

Container Company acts within documented authority; the agreement defines its role, scope and agency remuneration.

03

Trading model

A participating company may become the contractual buyer or seller where it assumes genuine obligations and the model meets applicable requirements.

Commercial confidentiality does not mean concealing the parties

Contacts and commercial terms may be protected within permitted contractual boundaries. Actual parties, beneficial owners, purpose and economic substance remain available to banks and other authorised participants to the required extent.

Container Company is not a bank and does not promise settlement execution. The exact role, flow-of-funds model and participant set are confirmed separately after reviewing the requirement and documents.
Working together

Support shaped around your transaction

Bring us one payment or involve us in the payment arrangements for a procurement project. Before work begins, we identify the actions required and who will perform them.

Our involvement

What support includes

  • reviewing the invoice and party details
  • collecting responses to document requests
  • agreeing actions with payment participants
  • following up on status and reasons for delays
  • obtaining available operation confirmations
Fees and timing

Agree the terms before starting

Fees depend on the scope of work and transaction details. Our role, responsibilities, remuneration and working arrangements are recorded in the agreement.

Decisions made by other participants

Financial institutions review the operation independently and decide whether to execute it. Qualified specialists provide legal or tax opinions where needed.

Assess the options before committing

The initial review establishes whether we can participate and what further information is needed.

01

What you will learn

  • which details and documents are missing
  • what scope of support we can offer
  • who needs to agree further action
  • what is needed to assess fees and timing
02

What an initial review does not mean

  • bank approval of the operation
  • confirmation that funds have arrived
  • a fixed execution timeline
  • a substitute for legal or tax advice
Practical questions

Before you contact us

01Do we need a finished contract?

You can start with a description or a counterparty's offer. Documents supporting the transaction will be needed for review; we will clarify the requirements for your situation.

02Can we ask about paying for a service?

Yes. Not every payment involves cargo. Tell us which service you are paying for, who provides it and which documents are available.

03What if the bank has requested more information?

Share its request together with the transaction documents. We can compare the requirements with the information available and help prepare what is missing.

04Can we get fees and timing in advance?

We need the countries, currency, amount, purpose and party details to assess the work. Support terms are agreed after review; banking execution timelines depend on the financial institutions.

Start with your invoice

Who do you need to pay, and for what?

Share the amount, currency and the payer's and beneficiary's countries. Attach the invoice and any request from a financial institution.
